1. Use of Our Services

2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our Services, you are offering to purchase travel arrangements subject to these Terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and travel information provided is accurate and complete. This includes the correct spelling of names as they appear on passports, accurate travel dates, and contact information. Inaccurate information may result in booking cancellations, additional fees, or denied boarding by travel suppliers.

2.3 Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the type of booking:

• For most bookings, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due at a specified date prior to departure
• Some special offers or promotions may require full payment at the time of booking
• Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer (where available)
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with any transaction.

2.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmation is issued. In some cases, even after payment, prices may change due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government actions. We will notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.

3. User Conduct

3.1 General Rules

When using our Services, you agree to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. This includes:

• Respecting the privacy and rights of other users
• Not posting or sharing offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Not attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or abuse our systems or services
• Following all instructions and guidelines provided by Simple Access Path staff

3.2 User Content

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Simple Access Path DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Simple Access Path, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Simple Access Path for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

5.3 Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Simple Access Path. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Simple Access Path shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simple Access Path, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
